Since we are a small business and handmake every item to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on any of our items, including gift cards.

Damages and issues
We may exchange your items if you receive damaged products. Please email us (shoppupandco@gmail.com) with photos and a detailed explanation. If we accept the exchange, you are responsible for the postage costs for sending back your item. Once we receive the item, we can process your exchange for another item and we will take care of the shipping costs of the outgoing package.
